Now That We Have Flipped, Now What?

Oh boy, the lessons that we have learned this year.  It has been ONE YEAR since we flipped our entire school.  THANK YOU TECHSMITH! In that one year, we have finally realized that there is one basic underlying issue on why students do not progress and teachers do not adjust their in our classroom practices.  In most cases,  both have nothing to do with their effort.  IT'S TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just as we have flipped our classrooms, we have to flip our resources for our teachers to really move it.  More later...
